Sitecore Tech Lead Position Overview

The ideal candidate for this Sitecore Tech Lead position will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and ongoing support of Sitecore solutions, ensuring seamless integration with various systems.


Tech Vision:

This role demands a deep understanding of Sitecore core concepts, including XM Cloud, Content Hub, Personnalize, Forms, and Search. The successful candidate should have extensive experience in deploying web applications on Vercel, as well as a mastery of standard front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, GraphQL, and JavaScript.

A strong proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and DevOps practices is also required. Additionally, experience in writing unit, integration, and system tests, along with knowledge of Browser Stack or similar tools, is highly valued.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the full lifecycle of Sitecore projects from design to deployment, managing external integrators, ensuring quality and compliance of custom developments, and actively mitigating technical debt.
  • Conduct code reviews and quality assurance to ensure adherence to Sodexo's coding standards.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.

Qualifications:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sitecore Tech Lead with a minimum of 7+ years of experience in a similar role. A Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Fluency in English is mandatory, with additional languages being an asset.
