Job Description :


Key Responsibilities :

Full Stack Development & Architecture :


- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure backend services using .NET Core (C#, ASP.NET Core).

- Develop responsive and interactive frontend user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks,

specifically React or Angular.

- Ensure seamless API integration between frontend and backend components, covering both RESTful and potentially GraphQL APIs.

- Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions, helping to define technical roadmaps and best practices.

Collaboration & Feature Delivery :


- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers, to define, design, and deliver new features and enhancements.

- Participate actively in the entire software development lifecycle, from conceptualization and requirements gathering to deployment and post-launch support.

Code Quality, Performance & Security :


- Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and testable code adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.

- Conduct thorough code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to architectural guidelines.

- Ensure overall system reliability, performance, and security, including experience with authentication/authorization mechanisms and vulnerability remediation.

Technical Leadership & Mentorship (for more experienced candidates) :


- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior and mid-level developers, fostering their growth and ensuring adherence to engineering excellence.

- Lead discussions on complex technical challenges and drive innovative solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications : 5 to 15 years of hands-on experience in .NET Full Stack Development.

Backend Expertise :


- Strong proficiency in .NET Core (C#, ASP.NET Core).

- Extensive experience with designing and developing RESTful APIs; familiarity with GraphQL is a plus.

- Proficient with database technologies such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL databases like MongoDB/CosmosDB.

- Experience with ORM frameworks (e.g., Entity Framework Core).

Frontend Expertise :


- Strong experience with at least one modern JavaScript frontend framework: React or Angular.

- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.

- Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.

- Full Stack Development : Demonstrated strong expertise in full stack development principles, architectural patterns (e.g., microservices, MVC), and best practices.

- API Integration : Proven experience with various API integration techniques and third-party services.

- Modern Web Technologies : Solid understanding of modern web technologies, cloud platforms (preferably Azure or AWS), and CI/CD pipelines.

- Code Quality & Testing : Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code.

- Problem-Solving : Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

- Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and articulate technical concepts clearly
