Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with expertise in mobile and web application development to build an in-house software system tailored for our footwear and fashion product development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end development, from system design to deployment, ensuring seamless user experience and scalability.

This role may also involve occasional overseas travel for collaboration and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy customized mobile and web-based applications.
  • Build a user-friendly interface to manage product development stages, order tracking, material management, and approvals.
  • Integrate features for real-time updates, reporting, dashboards, and notifications.
  • Ensure seamless data migration from existing systems (if applicable).
  • Implement secure, scalable, and maintainable architecture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, production, merchandising).
  • Provide training and ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption of the system.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in front-end frameworks.
  • Experience with back-end technologies.
  • Proficiency in mobile application development.
  • Database management skills.
  • API development & integration.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and DevOps practices.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles.
  • Experience: 2–5 years of full-stack development experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
