About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Content Modeler to support the delivery of a multi-brand, multilingual portal.

This is a short-term, high-impact role where expertise in Sitecore XM/XM Cloud and headless content delivery is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owning Content Modeling and Taxonomy Design: Develop and implement effective content modeling and taxonomy strategies for a multi-brand, multilingual portal.
  • Configuring XMCC Templates and Workflows: Configure and manage XMCC templates and workflows to ensure seamless content delivery.
  • Defining Experience Edge Schemas: Collaborate with Next.js/React teams to define Experience Edge schemas that meet business requirements.
  • Running Content Releases: Utilize Sitecore Content Serialization to run content releases and ensure smooth content deployment.
  • Leading Migration Activities: Lead migration activities from CH1/XM → XM Cloud, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Enforcing Compliance: Enforce compliance with accessibility and SEO standards, including WCAG 2.2 AA, SEO metadata, Open Graph, and schema.org.
  • Setting Up Preview/Localization Workflows: Set up preview/localization workflows and improve authoring UX to enhance user experience.
  • Establishing Governance Frameworks: Establish governance frameworks, including contribution guidelines, checklists, and QA playbooks.
  • Tracking Content KPIs and Analytics: Track content KPIs and analytics to optimize search quality and user experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong Experience with Sitecore XM/XM Cloud: Proven experience with Sitecore XM/XM Cloud, including content modeling, workflows, and RBAC.
  • Proven Expertise in Headless Content Modeling: Hands-on experience with headless content modeling, including GraphQL and Experience Edge.
  • Content Release Management: Experienced in content release management with Sitecore Content Serialization.
  • Strong Communication and Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with development teams.
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Experience with Sitecore Search and Sitecore Personalize/CDP: Familiarity with Sitecore Search and Sitecore Personalize/CDP.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps: Familiarity with Azure DevOps and its integration with Sitecore.
