IT Content Specialist

A highly skilled IT content specialist with expertise in creating engaging and informative technical content for diverse audiences.

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a talented writer to join our team and create high-quality technical content, including blogs, articles, whitepapers, case studies, website content, and product documentation.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent research and writing skills, as well as experience working with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to create user-friendly content.
  • This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys staying up-to-date with the latest IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistency of brand voice, tone, and style across all technical content.
  • They will also optimize content for SEO and align with digital marketing strategies.
  • An added responsibility will be to create and maintain knowledge base articles, FAQs, and user guides.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, English, Communications, or a related field (preferred: technical/IT background).
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Technical Writer/Content Writer in the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of software development, IT services, cloud technologies, and digital solutions.
  • Excellent command of English (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS), MS Office, and collaboration tools.
  • Ability to write content tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of SEO practices, keyword research, and content optimization.
