This position involves building and owning the market-facing narrative of Pocket FM, partnering closely with founders and leadership to communicate our growth story, operational excellence, and category leadership to investors and stakeholders.

  • Develop a consistent, data-driven story for quarterly and annual communications, highlighting revenue growth, market expansion, and product innovation.
  • Engage with existing and potential investors, PE/VC partners, and analysts; problem solve and engage with transparency and speed.
  • Prioritize investor segments and maintain a targeted engagement strategy.
  • Partner with Finance team to model valuation scenarios and competitive benchmarking.
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to guide business performance.
  • Lead cost optimization initiatives and strategic transformations where needed.
  • Translate engagement metrics into a growth narrative that resonates with global investors.
  • Prepare investor presentations, quarterly updates, and other communications.

We expect:

  • 5-6 years' experience in investor relations, equity research, or corporate strategy.
  • Fluency in financial modelling, valuation frameworks, and capital markets psychology.
  • Experience shaping investor narratives in high-growth environments.
  • A bias for precision and comfort operating in founder-led organisations with shifting priorities.
