Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Investor Relations professional to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive investor relations strategies that align with our overall objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective investor relations strategies to foster strong relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and other stakeholders, providing timely and accurate information about the company's performance and future prospects.
  3. Communicate the company's long-term strategy and operational updates to analysts, investors, and stakeholders through various channels, including presentations, press releases, and roadshows.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective investors and stakeholders through regular communication and engagement.
  5. Prepare high-quality presentations, assist in writing press releases, and create communication materials for Board Meetings, earnings releases, industry events, and presentations to analysts, brokers, and investors.
  6. Benchmark presentations, annual reports, and other disclosures by peer companies to ensure we stay ahead of the competition.
  7. Maintain the investor section of our website and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience in equity raise, either in a private company or a listed company, is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in both spoken and written English.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including investors, analysts, and other external parties.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to investor relations and public listed companies in India.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, GSuite, and other productivity tools.
