Investor Relations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Investor Relations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive investor relations strategies aligned with our overall objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective investor relations strategies to promote our company's growth and success.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and other stakeholders, providing timely and accurate information about our company's performance.
  • Communicate our long-term strategy and operational updates to analysts, investors, and other stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Maintain relationships with existing and prospective investors and other stakeholders through regular communication and by addressing their queries in a comprehensive and timely manner.
  • Prepare presentations, assist in writing press releases, and other communication materials for board meetings, earnings releases, industry events, and presentations to analysts, brokers, and investors.
  • Benchmark our investor relations practices against those of our peers to identify best practices and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Equity raise experience either in a private company or a listed company.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proficiency in both spoken and written English language.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to investor relations and public listed companies in India.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and GSuite.
