We're an AI-first company, leveraging cutting-edge generative AI to transform every part of our ecosystem. Our in-house AI has already powered 10% of revenue and is listening through original, AI-generated audio series.
This position involves building and owning the market-facing narrative of our organization, partnering closely with founders and leadership to communicate growth story, operational excellence, and category leadership to investors and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building a consistent, data-driven story for quarterly and annual communications
- Engaging with existing and potential investors, PE/VC partners, and analysts
- Mapping and prioritising investor segments and maintaining a targeted engagement strategy
- Leading cost optimisation, restructuring initiatives, and strategic transformations
- Translating engagement metrics into a growth narrative that resonates with global investors
Required skills and experience:
- 5-6 years' experience in investor relations, equity research, or corporate strategy
- Fluency in financial modelling, valuation frameworks, and capital markets psychology
- Experience shaping investor narratives in high-growth, venture-backed environments
