Our organization is seeking a senior-level Investor Relations professional to develop and implement comprehensive strategies aligned with our overall objectives.

Job Description:

This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in both spoken & written English language, and ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.

The Investor Relations Lead will serve as one of the primary points of contact for investors, analysts, and other stakeholders. They will communicate long-term strategy and operational updates to these groups in the most effective manner. This includes building a financial model and maintaining it on a regular basis, as well as preparing presentations, writing press releases, and other communication materials.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive investor relations strategies, serving as a primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and other stakeholders, communicating long-term strategy and operational updates, building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and preparing presentations, press releases, and other communication materials.

Key qualifications include experience with equity raises, either in private companies or listed companies, familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to investor relations and public listed companies in India, strong understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and key developments in the industry and regulatory landscape.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive investor relations strategies aligned with company's overall objectives
  • Serve as one of the primary points of contact for investors, analysts, and other stakeholders
  • Communicate long-term strategy and operational updates to Analysts/Investors/Other stakeholders in the most effective manner
  • Build a strong and positive relationship with existing and prospective Investors and other stakeholders through regular communication and by addressing their queries in a comprehensive and timely manner
  • Prepare presentations, assist in the writing of press releases, and other communication materials for Board Meetings, Earnings releases, industry events, and presentations to analysts, brokers, and investors
  • Build and deepen relationships with sell-side analyst covering the sector and work towards initiating coverage on
  • Build a summary of analyst forecast pre and post earnings for and track the same on a quarterly basis
  • Maintain the Investor section of Company website and ensure SEBI Listing Regulations compliances as applicable
  • Organize and participate in Investor conferences, road shows, in-office meetings and other investor engagements
  • Analyse stock price movements, and stock ownership for the sector on periodic basis
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including finance, legal, marketing, operations and communications, to ensure consistency and accuracy in messaging and disclosures
  • Collect and collate operational metrics as needed, work with other teams such as ESG, Strategy, Sales and marketing etc.to facilitate external engagement and reporting
  • Lead Annual Report preparation and other publications for the company
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, key developments in industry and regulatory developments to provide insights and recommendations to senior management
  • Bench marking presentations, annual reports and other disclosures by peer companies, to provide insights to senior management
