Job Title: Salesforce Delivery Manager

 

Job Description:

  • Plan and implement Salesforce projects with precision.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in detail.
  • C coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless execution.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to monitor progress.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs effectively.
  • Measure project performance using relevant tools and techniques.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • M Meet with clients to take detailed briefs and clarify requirements.
  • Delegate tasks based on team members' strengths and experience levels.
  • Track project performance to analyze short and long-term goals.
  • Develop project plans to share with clients and team members.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Delivery Manager or similar role.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce and related technologies.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
