About The Role: Roundglass Foundation is seeking a committed and skilled Project Coordinator (Sports) to join our Project Management Unit (PMU) for Sports. This is an opportunity to be part of a grassroots sports transformation programme across Punjab. As a key member of the PMU, you will play an instrumental role in executing one of the largest communitybased sports initiatives undertaken in the state, aimed at developing sports infrastructure and programs in every village. The Project Coordinator will represent Roundglass Foundation within the PMU and serve as a critical liaison between government departments, on-ground partners, and internal teams. Your work will directly contribute to successful implementation of high-impact sports initiatives that promote well-being, social change, and youth empowerment at scale.

What you'll do:

1. Build and maintain strong working relationships with government officials to support program goals and advocacy efforts.

2. Act as a key liaison between the organization and relevant government departments, ensuring timely and effective execution of one ground projects.

3. Support planning and execution of initiatives requiring government collaboration or clearances. 4. Represent the organization at government meetings, events, and stakeholder sessions.

5. Track policy updates and regulatory developments relevant to the organization's focus areas.

6. Maintain accurate records of all government interactions and follow-ups.

7. Analyze data to support strategic decision-making and policy advocacy.

8. Provide support for report writing, documentation, and preparation of presentations for government engagement.

9. Ensure timely submission of reports and documentation required by government stakeholders. 10. Travel within Punjab as required for stakeholder meetings, reviews, and field visits.

Skills and Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7-10years of experience, with a strong focus on interactions with government officials or a Master's degree with a at least 5-7years of similar experience.

• Proven ability to engage and build rapport with government stakeholders.

• Strong data management and analytical skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.

• Ability and willingness to travel extensively within Punjab.
