Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales of luxury real estate projects
  • Generate new leads through calls and follow up on inquiries
  • Conduct property presentations, client meetings, and site visits
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business
  • Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to optimize lead conversion
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
  • Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM systems regularly
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of sales experience are welcome to apply
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM platforms is an advantage
