Key Responsibilities
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients through regular meetings and sales strategies.
  • Develop sales strategies to drive growth and ensure compliance with real estate regulations and ethical standards.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to build connections and increase brand visibility.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports and forecasts to inform business decisions and drive success.
Qualifications
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets with a goal-driven mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • Preference is given to candidates with a strong academic background and relevant experience in real estate or banking.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in real estate or banking is required, along with in-depth knowledge of the real estate market and trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.
