Organizational Development Specialist

Job Summary:
An organizational development specialist is responsible for supporting management in monitoring and tracking employee relations issues, including resolution and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in monitoring/tracking employee relations issues
• Support management in handling and resolving Human Resources issues
• Monitor all hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with laws and company policies
• Inform management of employee relations issues
• Respond to questions and concerns from employees and management regarding programs, policies, and guidelines
• Disseminate information related to employer-employee relations, activities, and personnel policies and programs
• Review and ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files
• Assist in logistics and administration of annual surveys
• Answer phone calls and record messages
• Follow all policies and procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of related work experience
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience
