Job Title: Organizational Development Expert
Job Description:We are seeking an Organizational Development Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organizational design and development, with experience in implementing process improvements and automation programs.
- Develop and implement effective organizational structures and systems to support business objectives.
- Provide high-quality data and analytics to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Support the implementation of global projects, ensuring smooth execution and timely completion.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date organizational master data in the COMPAS system and position master data in the Local HR System.
- Ensure reliable data is uploaded to SAP (HR Core) for consumer systems connected to COMPAS.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree in any discipline.
- Postgraduate qualifications in HR or a related field (optional).
- At least 3-5 years of experience in SAP/SuccessFactors or similar software.
- Strong knowledge of EC/SAP and process automation.
