Job Title: Organizational Development Leader
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Organizational Development Leader to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with us in shaping our company culture, systems, and people strategy.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading organizational development initiatives, including recruitment, performance management, payroll, leave, onboarding, grievance redressals, training, and event planning.
As an Organizational Development Leader, you will be the go-to person for both people and process. You will work closely with leadership to design and implement strategies to streamline systems, improve processes, and drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end recruitment, from campus drives to senior hires
- Lead performance, KRA, and incentive systems
- Manage payroll, leave, onboarding, and grievance redressals
- Design training programs, shape culture, and support event planning
- Be the go-to person for both people and process
- Work closely with leadership on people strategy, structure, and scale
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in HR or organizational development
- Proven track record of leading organizational development initiatives
- Strong knowledge of HR systems, processes, and best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
