About the Role

As a leader in our organization transformation practice, you will oversee large-scale change management initiatives that drive business growth and improvement.

  • Leverage your expertise to design and implement effective change management strategies across various industries.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their unique challenges and develop tailored solutions to drive organizational transformation.
  • Motivate and enable stakeholders to adopt new processes and technologies, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Develop thought leadership pieces to showcase your expertise and contribute to business development through strategic partnerships and proposal responses.
  • Pursue opportunities for professional growth and development, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

We seek experienced professionals with 5-8 years of overall experience, including at least 3+ years of top-tier consulting experience post-MBA, preferably as a change management specialist in technology-driven transformation programs.

  • Proven track record of delivering end-to-end change management interventions in multiple transformation projects, regardless of context.
  • Strong understanding of digital solutions and their application in information systems/technology-driven transformation programs.
  • Able to develop and execute change strategies for large-scale transformation programs with global reach.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work creatively and analytically.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in creating high-impact communications for senior stakeholders.
  • Strong executive-level relationship building skills and past experience in management consulting.
  • Certification in change management such as Prosci, PCI, etc. is an added advantage.
