About this role:

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Development Specialist to join our team.

This is a critical initiative across people management, process optimization, and organizational design. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing people strategies and organizational processes in high-growth startups, scale-ups, or dynamic business environments.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing people strategies that align with the company's vision and growth trajectory, developing talent acquisition strategies for key roles and leadership positions, creating performance management systems, career progression frameworks, and retention strategies.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will identify, design, and implement scalable business processes across all functions, create operational frameworks and standardized procedures to improve efficiency and consistency, establish metrics, KPIs, and reporting systems to track organizational health and performance.

The Organizational Development Specialist will also develop organizational structures that support current needs and future growth, design reporting relationships, team structures, and governance frameworks, and create role definitions, responsibility matrices (RACI), and decision-making frameworks.

Required qualifications include 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, operations, organizational development, or similar strategic roles, a proven track record of designing and implementing people strategies and organizational processes, experience working in high-growth startups, scale-ups, or dynamic business environments, and a background in change management, organizational psychology, or business transformation.
