We're looking for a skilled Procurement Executive to join our team, someone who shares our passion for real food and is dedicated to building strong relationships with farmers, vendors, and suppliers.

This role involves:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers
  • Source and manage fruits, vegetables, proteins, dairy, and pantry items
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules
  • Ensure consistent quality and food safety standards
  • Onboard, evaluate, and manage new suppliers
  • Reduce risk by maintaining multiple sourcing options for key ingredients
  • Support menu innovations with timely procurement of new ingredients
  • Maintain accurate records, pricing, and inventory data
