Job Opportunity: Supply Chain Optimization Specialist

At Palladium, we work with governments, businesses and investors to solve the world's most pressing challenges. Our team is seeking a skilled professional to lead research and analysis of existing and potential value chains.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing methodologies, conducting stakeholder consultations, and generating evidence-based insights to inform promotion strategies. Key areas of focus include:

  • Developing and implementing effective value chain scoping and analysis methods.
  • Identifying and engaging key stakeholder groups through field surveys and interviews.
  • Leading technical discussions on prioritization and analysis of value chains.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Environmental Science, Business Administration or related field.
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi languages.
  • 8 years of experience in sustainability, natural resources management and/or nature-based businesses; 5 years of experience in value chain analysis and promotion activities; at least 4 years of the total experience in projects in India.
