Logistics and Supply Chain Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled logistics and supply chain expert to join our team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound logistics, stock management, and transportation coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement efficient warehouse processes, including put-away, replenishment, and storage strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including procurement, sales, and customer service teams.
  • Analyze and optimize inventory levels, reducing stockouts and overstocking.
  • Implement and manage just-in-time delivery systems, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
  • Develop and execute training programs for warehouse staff on new processes and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Detailed knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
