The Senior HR Strategist plays a pivotal role in driving organizational outcomes through innovative HR initiatives.
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business goals to drive growth, employee engagement, and retention.
- Collaborate with leadership to design and foster an organizational culture that supports business objectives and enhances the employee experience.
- Analyze business-specific data to identify trends and recommend solutions aimed at improving performance and talent readiness.
- Evaluate the organization's talent readiness to meet evolving business demands through strategic talent development initiatives.
- Build partnerships with leaders to design and execute effective change management initiatives.
- Enhance employee retention and engagement through targeted HR interventions and initiatives.
- Foster a high-performance culture through effective Performance Management Systems and capability-building programs.
- Ensure new employees receive a comprehensive onboarding and induction experience, aligning them with the organization's values and work ethic.
- Review and analyze business processes to identify trends and recommend solutions for improved performance and engagement.
- Initiate forums and mechanisms to enhance the employee experience, aiming to improve retention and motivation.
- Address and resolve employee relations issues to ensure a fair and transparent work environment.
- Provide ongoing support to the leadership team on HR-related matters, including decisions, processes, policies, and procedures.
- Braunstorm and implement innovative people initiatives for employee engagement.
- Capture and provide insights on employee sentiment to stakeholders to drive satisfaction and engagement.
- Facilitate smooth offboarding processes for departing employees.
- Must possess exceptional influence and partnership skills to collaborate with stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
- Develop strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, negotiation abilities, and HR expertise.
- Proficient in HR metrics and systems, with a deep understanding of HRIS software and databases.
- Develop HR strategies that align with and support company goals.
- Foster a positive work environment through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ideal candidate is expected to possess relevant education and experience in Human Resources Management. A Master's Degree in Human Resources Management is required, along with 8-12 years of HR experience, preferably in the Software, E-commerce, or Technology industry.
