We are seeking a Financial Service Professional to support clients with financial products and services by fostering strong relationships, ensuring compliance, and meeting sales and service objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To closely monitor HL data and cross-sell insurance (Life and Non-Life), fixed deposits, and other products introduced by our organization to home loan customers of Sales.
  • To source open market business and achieve assigned targets.
  • To remain fully aware of the products offered by our company and understand competing offerings, effectively handling customer objections.
  • To ensure proper customer profiling on each call or customer visit, identify and understand individual needs, and recommend relevant investment and Insurance options.
  • To establish strong working relationships with Home Loan Executives, jointly conducting calls to maximize attachments of files being disbursed.
  • To build lasting relationships with customers, enabling the cross-selling of additional product offerings based on their needs, thereby managing entire customer accounts.
  • To synchronize efforts with partner representatives.
  • To maintain an in-depth understanding of joint ownership during servicing operations.
  • To ensure timely renewal of sourced business.
  • To adhere to defined processes, undergoing training and certification for selling various products, including insurance, mutual funds, etc.
  • To consistently maintain a well-groomed appearance and organized sales kit.
  • To uphold a company-first attitude and demonstrate respect towards fellow colleagues, seniors, partners, and others.
