
Human Resource Leader

The role of an HR Assistant Manager revolves around serving as the primary HR point of contact for leadership and employees. This position ensures that business objectives are aligned with people practices.
The incumbent will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Collaboration with department heads to define role requirements and build effective hiring pipelines is also expected.
Talent acquisition involves utilizing job portals, referrals, and agency partners to attract high-quality talent. Building and maintaining an active talent pool for future hiring needs is a critical aspect of this role.
Prior experience in a mid/large-sized organization or service-based company is preferred. Additionally, experience working in a standalone or lead HR role is an advantage.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Master's degree / MBA in Human Resources Management or Post-Graduate Diploma in HR (PGDHRM) from a recognized institute is preferred.
- 6–8 years of progressive experience in HR functions (Recruitment, Operations & L&D)
- Strong understanding of recruitment, payroll basics, labour laws, and HR processes
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and employee relationship management skills
- Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms, Excel, and document management tools
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong planning, time management, and multitasking abilities
