We are seeking a skilled professional to fill a Customer Support Associate position. This role requires an individual who can provide exceptional customer service, solve problems, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
The success of our organization is heavily reliant on delivering a positive customer experience, making it essential for this candidate to understand and meet the expectations of our customers.
Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer support through various channels including email, live chat, SMS, and phone.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively assist customers and serve as a valuable resource for internal stakeholders.
- Determine customer needs and process requests efficiently and accurately within defined service levels.
- Foster strong relationships with customers through clear and transparent communication.
- Collaborate with sales, underwriting, and development teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Achieve individual and team performance goals.
- Identify areas for process improvement and work with management to implement solutions.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer support, customer success, operations, or related field.
- Experience in life insurance or a related industry is preferred but not required.
- Bachelor's degree is highly valued.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or equivalent support/help desk software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes and priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
