Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Program Management Manager to lead cross-functional talent initiatives. This role requires someone who can bring an integrated view to talent management, working closely with COEs and Business HR partners to deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead enterprise-level HR initiatives with a focus on the talent lifecycle - workforce planning, hiring, deployment, upskilling, and retention.
  • Act as a bridge between Talent Acquisition, Resource Management (RMG), Learning & Development (L&D), and Business HR teams to ensure alignment and integration of HR strategies.
  • Build models and frameworks for talent demand forecasting in collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • Support talent acquisition by translating workforce plans into hiring roadmaps; track fulfillment and highlight risks.
  • Coordinate with L&D teams to ensure the capability development roadmap is in sync with business and talent strategy.
  • Use HR analytics to measure effectiveness of talent programs and drive improvements.
  • Support the adoption of new talent initiatives by driving stakeholder buy-in and managing transitions.
  • Set up governance mechanisms to track progress, identify risks, and ensure timely escalations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • MBA/PGDM from a Tier-1 institute.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role managing large-scale HR programs or talent transformation projects.
  • Deep understanding of at least two or more Talent verticals (Recruitment, Workforce Planning, RMG, L&D, Talent Management).
  • Strong program management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Exposure to data-driven HR practices and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and cross-functional environment.
