
Human Resources Specialist

As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for implementing recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
- Manpower Planning: You will develop and execute plans to recruit top talent, aligning with our organizational goals.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels to identify and attract high-caliber candidates, ensuring a strong pipeline for future opportunities.
- Hiring Process: Manage the entire hiring process, from initial screening to onboarding, ensuring seamless integration into our team.
- Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations, addressing concerns and providing support to ensure a productive work environment.
Key Requirements:
- HR Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and procedures.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex problems, identify solutions, and implement effective resolutions.
- Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in human resources, preferably in a leadership role.

Preferred Qualifications:
- SHRM-CP/SCP Certification: Certified Professional (CP) or Senior Certified Professional (SCP) designation from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
- PHR/SPHR Certification: Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).
