We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
Senior HR Specialist
to join our Human Resources team. The HR Specialist will support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, training, and compliance. This role is critical in ensuring HR operations run efficiently and align with company goals and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and orientation.
  • Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
  • Provide support to employees on HR-related queries including policies, benefits, and payroll.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and assist in annual renewals.
  • Participate in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Support performance appraisal processes and training initiatives.
  • Help coordinate employee engagement and recognition programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Assist in handling disciplinary matters, investigations, and conflict resolution.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar HR role.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and local labor laws.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
