Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
HR Manager
to oversee and manage all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR functions, payroll, attendance management, and employee engagement to support organizational growth and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Management:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business plan.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.

Payroll & Attendance:

  • Oversee accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees.
  • Maintain attendance records, leave management, and timesheet approvals.
  • Coordinate with finance/accounting for payroll disbursement, tax deductions, and statutory compliances (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).
  • Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Employee Engagement & Development:

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, performance management, and appraisal processes.
  • Conduct training needs assessment and coordinate employee development programs.
  • Address employee grievances and ensure a positive work environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems, attendance management, and labour laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Additional Requirements:

  • Proficiency in HRMS/Payroll software.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
