Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction across various industries. As an Inside Sales Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our presence in target markets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key clients through regular communication, value-added services, and exceptional customer support.
- Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 8-10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in B2B software or technology companies.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, expanding customer bases, and developing strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
