Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure production operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Monitor commercial batches as per schedule, reviewing plan vs actual performance.
  • Guarantee availability of resources (area, machine, manpower) for scale-ups.
  • Exhibit batches, pre-validation batches, validation batches, and commercial batches.
  • Evaluate the products manufactured and stored according to relevant documents to ensure quality standards.
  • Review production records in line with current procedures.
  • Maintain high morale and discipline among team members.
  • Optimize resource utilization (man, material, area).
  • Assure initial and continuing training for all production personnel.
  • Implement Current Good Manufacturing Practices in the production area to meet regulatory requirements.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in production management.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to review and analyze production data.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
