Senior Product Stability Manager

The primary responsibility of this role is to lead and manage the activities of the Finished Product Stability section, ensuring the achievement of all finish product stability objectives.
- Manage work allotment, sample management, and timely analysis of commercial In-Process validation and finish products stability samples.
- Ensure completion of analysis of commercial stability samples within the stipulated window period.
- Maintain SOPs related to finished products as per global quality standards and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Experience in managing teams and resources effectively.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to maintain quality matrices for commercial finish products and stability sections.

OthersThe selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating analytical method transfers and reviews of respective records. Additionally, they will monitor performance, set improvement areas, determine resource needs, staff, instruments, lab space, etc., and manage organizational development including interview, selection, mentoring, coaching, counseling, and performance management of staff.
