Senior Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team in the industrial chemicals sector. The role involves managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth by delivering tailored solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in the industrial chemicals market.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science (Chemistry or related discipline preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in industrial chemical sales.
- Strong understanding of chemical products and applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹45,000.00 per month
