Job Title

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving business success through effective management and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Manage a high-performing team of 20-30 individuals, planning, forecasting, and achieving client retention targets.
  • Clients Management: Develop and maintain productive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Talent Development: Hire, train, and retain top talent, developing their skills and fulfilling their training needs to drive business growth.
  • Client Resolution: Resolve client complaints promptly, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Business Support: Collaborate with field sales teams to achieve revenue and client retention targets through strategic follow-up and time-bound closures.

Daily interactions with clients include 08-10 meaningful telephone/video calls, enabling you to build strong relationships and drive business results.
