Sr Product Executive Role:

This is a senior-level position responsible for driving the commercial success of our products in the market through strategic decision-making and strong technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Serve as a key resource, providing assistance and guidance to sales teams and customers as needed.

2. Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the product, including its features, benefits, and competitive landscape.

3. Assist in content development, new product training, and technical assistance to ensure seamless customer experiences.

4. Track key performance indicators, such as sales numbers, customer adoption rates, and user engagement to inform business decisions.

5. Develop and oversee product launch plans, manage product positioning, and analyze competitor landscapes to stay ahead in the market.

6. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and market trends.

7. Make data-driven decisions by utilizing data insights to inform product roadmap updates, feature enhancements, and future product development strategies.

8. Oversee product marketing efforts, working with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns that drive sales and brand awareness.

9. Manage the product roadmap, outlining key features, functionalities, and release timelines to ensure timely delivery and market relevance.

Internal and External Interactions:

The Sr Product Executive will interact with various stakeholders, including sales teams, production or divisional teams, market executives, marketing managers, design teams, dealers, and customers (key opinion leaders).

Requirements:

1. 2-5 years of experience in the Ophthalmology Surgical field or Optometry field.

2. Strong understanding of the product, its features, and the competitive landscape.

3. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

4. Ability to travel and work in a field environment across India.
