Supervisory Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Supervisory Professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing guidance and oversight to a group of employees, ensuring they meet performance targets and adhere to organizational policies.
Main Responsibilities:- To provide effective coaching to team members, empowering them to deliver high-quality results consistently.
- To identify performance gaps and develop strategies to address these issues.
- To ensure that service delivery meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial expectations.
- To communicate expectations clearly to employees and provide timely updates.
- To conduct regular meetings with the team to facilitate open communication and coordinate activities.
- To stay up-to-date on internal processes, policies, and procedures, and participate in relevant training programs.
- A minimum of 1 year experience as a Team Leader in an international BPO setting is required.
- The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Prior experience in healthcare is essential, as well as the ability to lead, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- A proven track record of mentoring, coaching, and providing direction to team members is necessary.
