Control Systems Engineer

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Control Systems Engineer to design and implement integrated control and automation systems in various industrial settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programming logic controllers, supervisory control and data acquisition systems, and piping and instrumentation diagrams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • System Design and Development: Design and implement PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems for efficient process control and monitoring.
  • Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams: Develop and maintain P&ID drawings, General Arrangement drawings, and layout drawings to ensure accurate system design and installation.
  • Instrumentation Configuration: Configure and commission flow and pressure data loggers and other instrumentation equipment to meet project requirements.
  • Site Coordination: Coordinate site team activities, including cable laying, glanding, termination, and loop/input-output testing to ensure project targets are met.
  • Safety Protocols: Implement and manage safety protocols to prevent injuries and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Project Communication: Communicate project status updates to stakeholders on a regular basis and assist the project management team in preparing required documents and reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • B.E/B. Tech degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 3-5 years of experience in control systems engineering.
  • Strong understanding of PLC, RTU, SCADA systems, and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams.
  • Proficiency in configuring and commissioning flow and pressure data loggers and other instrumentation equipment.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with site teams and stakeholders.
