Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Data Analyst. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing and documenting candidates' data-related projects thoroughly.

Your primary objective will be to conduct discovery calls to assess technical and analytical understanding, creating concise story-based breakdowns of data workflows and methodologies.

In addition, you will prepare candidates for confident, structured project walkthroughs, conduct analytics-focused Q&A coaching and pre-interview readiness sessions, and share customized interview strategies and data project documentation.

Furthermore, you will assist during mock interviews with real-time analytical guidance, maintain up-to-date question banks and relevant project insights, explain statistical concepts, data wrangling techniques, and real-world analytics applications, and teach data interpretation, visualization best practices, and business storytelling techniques.

Key responsibilities include maintaining quick response times and session readiness, managing calendar scheduling and session invites, using collaboration tools like Zoom, Teams, Google Docs, and data visualization platforms effectively, and following clear documentation and preparation protocols.
