Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual QA and experience working with web applications.

  • This role involves performing thorough manual testing of AI-driven medical analysis tools to ensure accuracy and reliability in processing patient data.
  • The specialist will execute comprehensive test plans across web applications, focusing on user experience, data accuracy, and workflow validation.
  • Collaboration with engineers, product managers, and domain experts is key to understanding user workflows and identifying critical testing scenarios.
  • The specialist will conduct specialized testing of AI/ML outputs, including validation of NLP results, LLM responses, and data processing accuracy.
  • A collaborative approach with physicians and legal teams is necessary to gather feedback and ensure quality standards are met.
  • The specialist will establish QA processes and documentation standards, contributing to our testing practices as we scale.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:

  • At least 3 years of manual QA experience with web applications, including test case creation, execution, and defect management.
  • Strong experience in functional testing, user acceptance testing, and exploratory testing.
  • Familiarity with web technologies and ability to test applications built with modern frameworks.
  • Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
  • An understanding of AI/ML concepts or strong willingness to learn.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
