Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Insights Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, medical terminology, and database management.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating test directories, triaging demand requests, monitoring project status, and producing compendium maintenance files.

  • Create test directories for RBU's/EBU's and ensure seamless integration with major LIS and EMR systems.
  • Triage and prep demand requests for team members, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Monitor and provide status updates to managers for all inflight and pending projects, maintaining clear communication and transparency.
  • Perform mapping of customer to codes, utilizing your expertise in medical terminology and database management.
  • Produce ongoing compendium maintenance files for strategic customers or vendors, leveraging your analytical skills and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Clinically oriented with a strong understanding of medical terminology, enabling effective communication with healthcare professionals.
  • Familiarity with major LIS and EMR systems, including Epic, Cerner/Oracle, Meditech, SCCSoft lab, Orchard, and NextGen, allowing seamless integration and data exchange.
  • Exceptional Microsoft Excel and Access/SQL database skills, ensuring efficient data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to communicate effectively within a peer group and multi-task under stringent deadlines, promoting collaboration and productivity.
  • Capacity to quickly learn new systems for compendium mapping/build file purposes, adapting to evolving requirements.

Experience

7+ years of experience in healthcare or medical domain with a focus on data analysis and management, providing a solid foundation for success in this role.
