Marketing Intelligence Specialist

This is a key role within our team, responsible for delivering data-driven insights to our clients. The specialist will work closely with our Australian team to provide comprehensive dashboards and reporting metrics.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence, including managing data streams. They will also have a solid understanding of reporting metrics used within the marketing and advertising industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing data streams and building comprehensive dashboards in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence.
  • Understanding and applying reporting metrics used within the marketing and advertising industry.
  • Experience with Datorama Data Streams, APIs, TotalConnect, pivot tables, calculated fields, advanced visualisations, SQL, data mapping and normalisation is highly desirable.
  • Delivering exceptional results through effective communication with internal stakeholders and clients.

Requirements:

  • At least 3+ years of experience using MCI/Datorama, including managing data streams.
  • A solid understanding of reporting metrics used within the marketing and advertising industry.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal – for effective communication with internal stakeholders and clients.
