Job Title: Data Insights Specialist

We are seeking a detail-driven and analytical professional to support our business strategy and project management processes.

This role involves conducting in-depth research to identify new business opportunities, maintaining and organizing all project-related documentation, and preparing regular reports for internal review and decision-making.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • 1. Market Research & Analysis
    • Conduct market research on potential clients, ongoing/upcoming architectural projects, government tenders, and competitors.
    • Identify and track RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and other bidding opportunities from public and private sectors.
    • Prepare client profiles, project briefs, and analysis reports to assist the Business Development team.
    • Coordinate with online tendering portals and procurement platforms.
  • 2. Documentation Management
    • Maintain and organize all documentation related to architectural projects (drawings, contracts, approvals, correspondences).
    • Track project progress documentation including timelines, deliverables, and revisions.
    • Ensure timely filing and secure storage of physical and digital documents as per company protocol.
    • Update and maintain document control logs.
  • 3. Reporting & Presentations
    • Prepare regular MIS reports for project status, submissions, document tracking, and business leads.
    • Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and other marketing documents.
    • Support audit requirements by ensuring proper document trails.
  • 4. Collaboration
    • Liaise with internal design and project teams to collect required documentation.

This is a critical role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
