We're seeking a Strategic Partnership Manager to build and manage impactful collaborations that strengthen our mission of driving net-zero advertising.

As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with brands, agencies, and sustainability partners to create innovative partnerships and long-term value.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new partners across marketing and sustainability ecosystems.
  • Manage and nurture existing partnerships to ensure mutual growth and alignment.
  • Support co-branded initiatives, events, and campaigns with external partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, ESG) to deliver partner-driven solutions.
  • Track partnership performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends in sustainability, MarTech, and climate innovation.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relationship-driven with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated interest in sustainability and marketing partnerships.
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sustainability, or related field.
  • 1–3 years' experience in partnerships, business development, or client relations.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
