Senior Enterprise Solutions Architect

This senior enterprise architect role is a client-facing position that requires both technical and business knowledge. The successful candidate will partner with other consultants to understand, review and assist clients in defining, planning and executing strategies.

The role involves constant interaction with customers and partners to provide best practice recommendations on design architectures, strategic roadmaps and drive business value from the platform. It is a technical advisory role requiring a solid understanding of digital marketing technology and enterprise architecture.

• Be a recognized expert in Adobe internal and regional stakeholders.
• Act as a lead point of contact for any customer engagement.
• Manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with our clients and implementation partners.
• Build custom enterprise architectures and roadmaps to achieve defined needs.
• Become an expert in integrating Experience Cloud products and methods to optimize online businesses.
• Understand the current state of organization-wide architecture and experience and marketing capabilities.
• Identify key business drivers and technology capabilities required to achieve clients' efficient state.
• Ensure alignment between business strategies, information technology roadmap, and technical and tactical deployment teams.
• Define governance and operational models to support clients' technology goals.
• Provide advisory to key stakeholders with industry best practices and recommendations throughout the implementation process.

Additional Responsibilities include enabling existing/new team members with new product features, project-based learnings and supporting with any issues or queries. The individual must also maintain the highest level of technical expertise by staying current on Adobe DX technologies and solutions through internally and externally available learning opportunities as well as self-study.

• 10+ yrs of overall experience in a client-facing role, with a proven track record to develop enterprise architecture models.
• Ability to intake client business vision and translate to technical solution and architecture requirements.
• Ability to communicate technical and business strategy optimally to audiences of varying levels of experience, background, and seniority.
• Shown ability to communicate and lead execution of architecture vision across multi-functional technical and strategy teams.
• Shown experience working with software engineers, data architects, application developers & data scientists to plan out end-to-end solutions.
• Validated experience with architecture frameworks such as API, SOA, and TOGAF.
• Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Platform and its ecosystem.
• Experience with AEP components like Real-Time Customer Profile, Data Lake, XDM and data ingestion & governance processes.
• Familiarity with Adobe tools like CJA & AJO would be plus.
• Understanding & experience with Microsoft Azure & Amazon AWS cloud architecture & services.
• Experience with ad technology (DMPs, DSPs, Ad servers, Ad Exchanges, Cross-Device Tracking platforms, etc.).
• Familiarity with REST APIs, SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Adobe Analytics.
• Familiarity with offline data environments (CRM systems, email platforms, data lakes) and data warehousing.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills communicating deliverables, sharing information, and leading meetings.
• Solid understanding of general business models, concepts and strategies.
• Deep vertical industry experience (e.g., Retail, media, financial services, high tech, etc.).
• Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills - both verbal and written.
• Must be self-motivated, responsive, professional and dedicated to customer success.
• Possess an innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, be a team player, and manage change effectively.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science with equivalent work experience.
