Solution Architect

Solution architect This role has been designated as ‘Office’, which means you will primarily work from an HPE office. HPE combines the portfolio of Enterprise Servers, Storage, Networking and Technology Services to solve the complexities of the extended enterprise and deliver advanced solutions and services to our global, commercial and public sector and SMB customers throughout the regions. **Roles and Responsibilities**: - Engages with key stakeholders including Alliances, presales organizations, account managers, marketing, and technical leaders and executives to support opportunities through partners, joint GTM initiatives and evangelization - Build strong relationship with partner presales community and the leadership teams - Architect solutions spanning the HPE portfolio of infrastructure and software products and technology working with Global SI partners - Accountability for initial solution creation and drive the engagement of HPE and partner resources to further build out the solutions - Provides domain-specific expertise and overall technical leadership and perspective to cross-organization initiatives, programs, and activities. - Drives innovation and integration of new technologies into partner engagements - Drive joint solution development and GTM initiatives around the solutions working closely with alliance team and marketing - Provides guidance and mentoring to less - experienced staff members **Education and Experience** - Bachelor or Master of engineering. - Minimum 10 or more years of related work experience - Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role **Knowledge and Skills** Architecting: - Ability to understand the customer's/partner’s business problem, need, or opportunity and to design a solution that completely and correctly addresses the business problem, need, or opportunity and delivers HPE differential value. - Be able to provide solution for multiple medium to large sized projects concurrently in various stages of their lifecycle. Technical: - Broad IT industry knowledge with depth in one or more solution areas - Cloud, Database, Data Analytics/AI,, IOT, Systems management, storage/servers, big data, networking etc. - Has pulse on future technology or operational trends as they relate to and support customer business directions ("trusted advisor" role). - Expert or Master level of knowledge of multiple technologies or IT disciplines - Position company offering against the competition - Demonstrates excellent consultative, solution selling skills. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English.
