Job Title: Senior Enterprise Solutions Architect

As a Senior Enterprise Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for leading the business team in gathering requirements from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and documenting use cases. You will also be responsible for choosing the best way to implement requirements leveraging the Pegasystems software and DCO capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the business team in gathering requirements with SMEs and document use cases.
  • Choose the best way to implement requirements leveraging the Pegasystems software and DCO capabilities.
  • Understand business process management and business requirements of customers and translate them to BRD/Functional spec/Use stories.
  • Evaluate if documented use cases adequately represent the needs of the business and meet all requirements.
  • Ensure that enterprise standards are adhered to including storage of artifacts, traceability, version control, and change control.
  • Assist in documenting business rules and assist with drafting UI and flow development.
  • Assist in class structure design from the perspective of business needs.
  • Design and configure rules and flows, ensuring Product Owner sign-off.


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • A deep understanding of business process management and business requirements.
  • Experience in designing and configuring rules and flows using Pegasystems software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
