Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Enterprise Architect to lead our technology strategy and drive business growth.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end architectures for new products, ensuring they meet business requirements and are scalable, robust, and cost-effective.

As a leader, you will manage and mentor a team of internal engineers, driving innovation and excellence in their work.

  • Design and implement cloud-based solutions that meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain principles, guidelines, reference architectures, standards, roadmaps, and patterns for custom application development.
  • Collaborate with technical leaders across groups to identify pain points and address them through effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of 15+ internal engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.

Architecture and Design: Develop and maintain comprehensive architecture designs for new products, ensuring they meet business requirements and are scalable, robust, and cost-effective.

Tech Roadmap: Drive the technology roadmap, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with technical leaders across groups to understand pain points and develop effective solutions.
