Enterprise Architect Job Description

Are you an experienced cloud architect/developer who can lead the development and deployment of our On-Premise and Cloud Products and help us in architecting, developing and re-engineering the platforms/products that can fully leverage the Cloud capabilities. Do you like to work on a variety of game changing projects, at the forefront of development and latest technology adoption. Enterprise Architect role is a senior role as part of our software development team focused on designing and reviewing various solutions utilizing private and public cloud platforms. As part of the core team, the Enterprise Architect will:
**Responsibilities**:

- Propose Design and architecture changes to existing/new platform as per business needs.
- Understand Architecture Requirements and ensure effective support activities
- Good understanding of the technology and domain
- Ability to lead a team towards a desired goal as technical lead
- Ensure continual knowledge management
- Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes.

**Job brief**:

- Strong Programming Skills in any one programming language like Java/Python
- Experience in working with Cloud platform and its services
- Experience in developing a scalable SaaS based platform
- Competence in using scripting languages to automate tasks (Perl, Bash, PowerShell, Ruby, Python or similar).
- Good knowledge on networking and security concepts, e.g. TCP/IP, DNS, SSL/TLS, IP addressing, Subnetting and load balancing.
- Experience with logging and reporting solutions (Such as: Logstash, Elasticsearch, and Kibana (ELK), Grafana, or Splunk)
- Experience in working with Windows Server/Linux/Unix platforms
- Should have exposure on one or more DevOps, Orchestration/Configuration Management, and Continuous Integration technology (e.g. Chef)
- Must have deep knowledge on Docker, Kubernetes and containerization.
- Must have Exposure to Virtualization (Hypervisors, VMware, Xen).
- One or more version control platform (e.g. Git, Perforce, SVN, TFVC) Troubleshooting skills at multiple levels of complexity.(Git Preferred)
- Good to have knowledge on AWS, Azure and Google Cloud SaaS & PaaS offerings.

**Basic Qualifications**
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in engineering.
- 15+ years of programming and/or hands-on technical cloud architecture experience
