The Opportunity- We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Executive to join our team in this exciting opportunity.
- This role will involve working closely with founders and leaders to collaborate and share insights, receiving direct feedback.
As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries across multiple channels, providing accurate product information, handling complaints, processing orders, and managing returns.
Key Responsibilities- Resolve product-related issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Develop expertise in AiSensy's platform to deliver effective solutions.
- Collaborate with the support team to achieve performance goals.
- Analyze customer feedback to improve user experience.
- Contribute to the creation and refinement of support processes, tools, and workflows.
- 2-6 years of experience in customer support or a related role, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in support platforms and CRM tools.
- Empathetic, solution-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences.
